  • This is a set of 5 or more sessions for you and your birth partner to explore, ask questions, and address any fears surrounding your journey before meeting your baby.

    Through evidence-backed research, you will gain:

    • An understanding of physiological birth, to move with confidence, with the knowledge of what is to be expected when the time comes. Knowing and understanding the changes happening in your body will allow you to make decisions that feel good for you.

    • The confidence of having your birth partner understand how to best support you at every stage.

    • An opportunity to voice any fears or worries surrounding your birth and/or your pregnancy, to work through them, trusting that you are the sovereign architect of your birth.

    These sessions can start as early as you’d like them to. We will also discuss your Postnatal plans to ensure that everything is in place to welcome your baby as best as possible.

  • Our sessions will begin whenever you feel called to start this journey together. I will do a house visit, which can last between 1-3 hours, depending on the needs of each session. I want you to feel comfortable, and for us to know each other over a cup of tea. Throughout these sessions, you will learn about physiological birth, what to expect, and gain a thorough understanding of your choices. This will be the foundation from which we will work to build a birth plan that feels both exciting and gives you the quiet, powerful confidence to trust yourself. 

    Just like in the prenatal care package, this is a set of 5 or more prenatal sessions for you and your birth partner to explore, ask questions, and address any fears surrounding your journey before meeting your baby. They will be supplemented by two postnatal sessions, during which we can discuss and help you integrate the experience of birth in an individually tailored way.

    I will be on call for you from 38 - 42+ weeks, and you will be able to call or message me at any time to have ongoing support as the birth time approaches. We will discuss when you’d like me to arrive once your birth arrives, and you will have my full support throughout the birth and the first few hours after your baby is born.
